We will give you an accurate estimate of what we believe your home will sell for based on the location, size, age, condition, updates/upgrades, and most importantly the comparable properties in the same area. Being able to pin-point what your home will sell for is one of our areas of expertise.


Preparing your home for the market

With experience on hundreds of transactions, we know how to maximize the value of your home. We will advise you on any home repairs and improvements that will increase the value of your home and in some cases, we will recommend staging or removing furniture.  The goal is to get your home in the most attractive condition to take professional photos and be able to showcase it to potential buyers.


Listing on the Market

When your home is ready to be listed, our goal is to sell your home as quickly as possible for the highest price. To accomplish this, we put in place many tactics to advertise the property, which include inviting reputable brokers to preview the property before it goes on the market, open houses, social media exposure, mail brochures, mass email to our thousands of contacts, uploading and updating the property on MLS, and most importantly always being available for private showings. Each listing plan is custom designed and, in some cases, we can locate a buyer before even going on the market.

The Pawley Team always keeps the big picture in mind and will work with you to get the best purchase contract while maintaining focus on your goals. With years of experience, we are experts in tactfully working with the buyer’s agent to agree to the terms that will best suit you. We will always make sure you are 100% comfortable with the offer before signing on the dotted line.


The Closing Table

The most important piece of the puzzle! The Pawley Team has years of experience in sorting out any complex issues should they arise. We will keep our client up to date on all the necessary paperwork and continue to make sure it is advancing towards closing. We will schedule a walk-through of the property prior to closing to make sure there are no surprises on closing day.
