At The Pawley Team, we start the buying process by understanding your needs, goals, and timeline. Then, together, we will identify which neighborhoods best suit your lifestyle or if you have a desirable neighborhood, we can begin to search right away.

Begin your search

Let’s go see those neighborhoods! This part of the process is always everyone’s favorite. We like for our clients to get a hands-on feel of what the selected neighborhood has to offer, and we tour the properties we think will best suit their needs. This process will be repeated as many times as necessary until we find the home that checks all the boxes.

3.

How to make a winning offer?

The Pawley Team will guide you in putting together an offer that puts your best interest first but will also get us to the closing table. Having years of experience working with other agents in the Miami area allows us to have fluid communication and identify what will get us to the closing table.  Given the aggressive Miami market, this is a key component of getting an offer accepted.

4.

Examining the property & Home inspections

This step is crucial in removing any surprises for our buyer and guaranteeing that the property is accurately represented. Although not every property is perfect, this step will allow the buyer to understand any areas of improvement that the home that will need.

Final closing & receiving the keys to your new home

We will arrange a final walk-through before closing to verify that the current condition of the property is the same (or better) as it was when it went under contract. In addition, we confirm that all the necessary paperwork has been completed and is in the hands of the closing agent. Once the documents have been signed, you will receive the keys to your new home. Congratulations!
