Carol Pawley is a full time real estate professional with over 30 years of experience in the Miami market. She is a consistently ranked in the top 1% of realtors in the country.  Using her years of experience and her marketing skills she helps her clients make informed decisions when buying and selling properties. Carol’s knowledge has allowed her to show property from Miami Beach down to Palmetto Bay with a real expertise in luxury properties in Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, South Miami and the Ponce/Davis area. 

Carol’s key to success has been her attention to detail, vast network of clients and a keen eye for finding investment and financial opportunity. “Growing up in Miami has been a real advantage for me in this business as far as being able to bring buyers and sellers together successfully. I love Miami and all it has to offer.” The base of her business comes from referrals and past clients.

She volunteers for Junior League, Beaux Arts and YPO (Young Patroness of Opera) and is a cancer survivor / mentor. She sits on the board of The Women’s Relief Fund which is instrumental in reviewing grants to provide philanthropy in Miami-Dade County. She is also licensed in the state of North Carolina. When Carol is not working she enjoys spending time with family and friends, practicing yoga and pilates, boating or just enjoying the natural beauty South Florida has to offer.


As the son of a highly successful realtor, Clayton not only inherited an early exposure to the real estate world, but he also adopted his mother’s passion for helping clients find their dream homes. Being a third-generation native Miamian, he has also developed a reputation of being a reliable Realtor in the Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, and the greater Miami area and he is ready to serve others during what is typically one of the most important decisions in their lives. 

Clayton holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Building and Construction Management from the University of North Florida, which makes him an invaluable asset in identifying quality property that maximizes his client’s investments. Having been a top salesperson in a high-end hotel chain in Latin America he is committed to listening to his clients needs and using his keen negotiating skills to ensure a successful transaction. His goal is to exceed client expectations by ensuring a smooth process from first contact to the closing table.

Clayton aims to create lasting relationships with his clients beyond transactions, and his clients find great confidence in his opinion, guidance, and decision-making. He is a multi-lingual who is proficient in English and Spanish. Outside of real estate, Clayton enjoys cycling, boating, and spending time outdoors with his two young boys and wife.
